When the store owner adds these services to the app, clients can browse the available options, select the service they want to book and choose a date and time that works for them. Depending on the specific service, clients may be required to pay upfront or can opt for free services that are subsidized by the store owner or other third parties.
Once the reservation is confirmed, the client will typically receive a confirmation message or email with the details of the booking, including the date, time, location, and any other relevant information.

The code is usually in the form of a barcode or QR code that can be easily scanned using a smartphone or a specialized scanning device. When the code is scanned, the reservation information associated with the code is retrieved and displayed, confirming your reservation and allowing the staff to quickly access all the necessary details.

Q: The QR codes is not working to verify offer or sale!!

QR codes may not work to verify offers or sales within the application of Stopy because the owner should use the business owner’s account so he can scan from the app, not the smartphone camera alone. Typically, the business owner must use their business account credentials from the “Manage business” section to scan and verify bookings, and coupons and check profiles through the app.

Q: How to use the discount QR code?

1-    Open the App: Start by launching the app on your phone.

2-    Choose an Offer: Browse through the available restaurant offers and pick the one you like.

3-    Get Your Coupon: Once you’ve selected an offer, tap the “Get Coupon” button. This will create a special QR code just for you.

4-    Show QR Code to Restaurant Owner: When you visit the restaurant, show the QR code on your phone to the owner or staff. This QR code is like your voucher for the discount.

5-    Owner Scans the QR Code: The restaurant owner has a part of the app too. They can scan your QR code to confirm it’s valid.

6-    Status Change to “Used”: After scanning, the app will change the status of your coupon to “Used.” This means you’ve successfully used the discount.

That’s it! You get discounts, and the restaurant owner can easily verify and track coupon usage through the app.
